Brent, 25, is free on $500,000 after Irving police charged him with intoxication manslaughter. The Cowboys placed him on the reserve/non-football illness list Wednesday and filled his roster spot by signing a free-agent defensive tackle.
A spokesman for the Irving Police Department said Wednesday that investigators may present the evident they have in the case to the Dallas County District Attorney?s Office as soon as Thursday.
